At Swell school we believe that all children are unique. Under the protection offered by God we believe all children will grow and flourish to be the best version of themselves when they leave our school. Our curriculum has been designed to provide the children with opportunities to grow and flourish through academic achievement, sporting achievement, music and art.

At Swell we prioritise our relationships with each other, our children, our parents and our community. Through our relational practice principles we encourage children to discuss daily and openly their emotions and feelings. We provide support where required to the children and share with them skills and techniques to enable them to regulate their own emotions.

We strive to offer equal opportunities for all children and celebrate diversity and equity through our curriculum and experiences. 

Ofsted have celebrate our inclusive environment- The school’s ethos is that every pupil, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), will succeed. Through our small classes we are able to provide each child with the attention they need.
